You can only apply to register if you are either a participant on the programme or a coach on the programme.

Once you are registed you will be able to network electronically either in the particpants group or the coaches group dependant on your eligibility.  This will give particpants and coaches the opportunity to post threads on themes and topics and ask direct questions of colleagues.
